Light to moderate corrosion environment (C3–C4) general primer for steel structures and containers; can be used in conjunction with water-based acrylic, water-based epoxy, and water-based polyurethane topcoat systems.
Naked steel is sanded to Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1), with a roughness of 30–85μm (Ry5); steel surfaces coated with workshop primer must be clean, dry, and intact.
Airless/air-based spraying is preferred; brush application is used for pre-coating and small areas. Mix two components separately and then combine them, stirring until the bottom of the bucket is covered for at least 1 minute.
