Construction phase process

6-step simplified process · Saves 50%+ efficiency by eliminating primer drying and recoating delays

Step one

Substrate inspection

Verify the state of the galvanized layer; remove oil stains, zinc salts, and loose particles.

ISO 1461 galvanized · no loose rust · approx. 30 minutes
Step two

Surface treatment

Manual/Power tools should be used to clean to St3, or lightly sand.

ISO 8501-1 St3 · or light sanding Sa2 · approximately 1-2 hours
Step three

Spraying XGE-301

1 pass of airless spraying with a wet film thickness of about 180μm, single pass application.

DFT 100-150μm · spraying pressure 15MPa · approximately 2-3 hours
Step four

Spraying of Warning Strips

Tape positioning orange-white warning tape spraying (XGE-301 + white).

Band width 200-300mm · Alignment ±2mm · Approximately 1 hour
Step five

Final Quality Inspection

Single-layer film thickness, color difference, adhesion, and warning band size inspection.

DFT ≥100μm · ASTM 0-level adhesion · Approximately 30 minutes
Step six

delivery

Dry on surface in 30 minutes / Cure in 6 hours, ready for use.

Dry on surface in 30 minutes · Cure in 6 hours · ⚡ Complete in 4-8 hours
